"My bill went up about 25% and so I decided to switch insurance. I scheduled the cancellation a few days before the payment went through, but they ended up charging me full price for the month. I asked them if I would get reimbursed and they said yes (for a prorated amount), however, they haven't been very responsive in my follow up messages and I still haven't heard back on when to expect it. It has been a little frustrating. I'll update this review if I hear back. I know State Farm can be sticklers about reimbursements after 30 days, so I'll be putting in a charge report with my credit card before the 30 days are up if I haven't heard back."
