"We used them for business insurance, we paid all our premiums and cancelled with them and got new insurance. Then a year later they hit us with over $700! For an audit they said we did not comply with?!!! We were not Insured with them to comply with an audit!!! This has to be the biggest SCAM I have ever seen. They tried to sue our business without getting ahold of us first! And the lady we made payment to was SO RUDE!!! DO NOT USE STATE FARM THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!"

"I ended up switching insurance due to the recent increases at State Farm, however, their customer service has been pretty good. I had a mix up with my reimbursement, and the agent responsible for messaging me was out of the office. She ended up contacting me as soon as she could and we cleared things up. I would recommend State Farm through Tyson Luthi if it fits your needs."
